Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid Canada Post shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your boots in their original branded shoebox and drop off the package at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned footwear for quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
